PC., (Kirkbride Law) is a Georgia law firm based in Peachtree City, specializing as an Outside General Counsel Services (“OGCS”) law practice devoted to special matters, government investigations, legislative affairs, appellate matters, military and veterans matters, employment law & litigation. Additionally Kirkbride Law has practice areas in; criminal defense, serious personal injury, premise liability, commercial vehicle accidents, serious workplace injuries, nursing home & elderly abuse, and catastrophic wrongful death. We collaborate with a team of lawyers in matters related to family and domestic issues based on the clients individual case and circumstances.

Kirkbride Law believes in a responsible community approach to the practice of law. In support of our commitment the firm, both lawyers and support staff, contributes significant time and resources towards in assisting victims of domestic violence and survivors of human trafficking in Metro – Atlanta and the State of Georgia. Additionally, as a law enforcement professional with over 30-years of experience, Attorney Tom B. Kirkbride personally represents Georgia public safety officers in matters related to traumatic use-of-force incidents and Georgia Peace Officer Standards & Training Counsel P.O.S.T. administrative actions/sanctions.

Kirkbride Law welcome all potential clients for a consultation, and in the event we cannot represent them, or our firm would not be a good fit for their case, we will make all efforts to assist them in obtaining other counsel through our matter specific referral network.
